Refund policy

Refund Policy:

We do not accept any refunds or exchange on our products except for ONE reason. We only accept returns if goods are damaged upon arrival. If this happens please contact us: infobespokegift@gmail.com or if you prefer on Instagram - @Bespoke.gift We will replace the product that was ordered, However, if that is not possible a refund will be given. If you have a specific spelling you would like please note it when ordering, if not we will translate to the best of our abilities as we have hired an expert Arabic translator to help translate, Therefore refunds cannot be given if the spelling was not noted and the customer did not receive their "preferable" spelling.
Please acknowledge we are unable to accept returns without valid reason as most items are specifically customised for the customer.

Also bare in mind that refund and exchange may take longer than normal delivery time.
